No matter how closely you watch over that milk vessel on the stove, there are days/moments when in a spur of a second, the milk boils all over.
Sharing a few age old tips / tricks -
1. Grease the rim and a bit inside of the vessel with cooking oil/butter and then pour milk in the milk and keep it on the flame.
2. Keep wooden spatula on the vessel such that it’s placed in the middle of the vessel.
